Why are used products not accepted at Promoninja?

It is not permitted to post used items on Promoninja due to the impossibility of verifying the condition of the product. This way, we prevent the user from being harmed. Repackaged products are accepted at Promoninja subject to certain rules.

Check the rules for publishing repackaged products:

• Only products classified as repackaged will be accepted, as they undergo technical evaluations that guarantee not only their aesthetic condition, but also their proper functioning.
• Used, refurbished or open box products will not be accepted.
• Only repackaged products that have an active supplier warranty will be approved, that is, at least 1 year warranty or a period equal to that of a new product.
• When publishing a repackaged product, be sure to inform this condition in the title of the publication. For example: [Repackaged] 50" LED Smart TV.
