How to Use Promoninja

Sending a promotion or coupon on Promoninja is very simple. Firstly, you need to be registered on the platform, then just follow the steps below:

Send a promotion or coupon:

Select the link to the website where you found the promotion and want to send it to Promoninja;

1. Click Post (top right corner on PC or bottom bar on APP and cell phone).
2. Then select between sending a product or coupon.
3. In this tutorial, we use this Amazon product as an example.
4. Paste the product link in the indicated location and click next;
5. When you click, the Promoninja system will look for the posted product information;
6. In the next step you can complete by entering some important information for users, such as: free shipping, recurring purchases, use of a certain card or any information you find useful. Feel free.

7. Now it's review time: We prefer the title of the publication to be what was suggested by the platform, but you can edit it if necessary.

Check if the price is right and if the category is allocated correctly. If you need to use a coupon to reach the desired price, you can also add it on this screen.

Everything ok? Just click publish.

After publishing the promotion, your screen will look like the image below. You can edit the promotion if you want to change something you published.

Publishing a coupon:

You will basically follow the same steps, just with a few changes:

1. Enter the coupon code in the space below;
2. Place the main store link;

Add a title to the post. Following Promoninja's pattern, we suggest the following examples of variations:

• Save 10% on purchases with the Beleza na Web coupon;
• Buy with R$20 off with Submarino code;
• 25% discount with Centauro Promotional Code;
• Use the Americanas voucher and get 50% OFF;
• Beauty on the Web Coupon offers 15% OFF;

3. Choose the type of discount the coupon offers, for example: in reais, percentage or free shipping.

4. Add the discount amount;

5. Add the category the coupon fits into. If there is more than one, put the one you believe makes the most sense.

6. If there are any instructions for using the coupon, it's time to add, for example: "coupon valid for purchases over R$2000"; "limited to 1 use per CPF"
7. Review the post and click publish.

To not miss any promotions on Promoninja, you can register a Wish Alert on the platform. When the keyword registered in the alert appears on Promoninja, we will notify you. You can select where you want to receive the notification: via email, website or app.

Registering an alert:

On the desktop, click on the three horizontal bars in the top left corner of the screen. The following menu will open for you:

Click on my alerts and in this space you will be able to register the product you want.

Promoninja will offer you a list of suggestions, but you can register a personalized alert for the product you have your eye on, such as: brand X refrigerator or model Y cell phone.

On the mobile, you will click on wishes, in the bottom bar, as shown below:

And then do the same procedure detailed above to register

your desire alerts.

To heat up a promotion on Promoninja you need to be logged in to the platform and click on the temperature icon.

By offering a promotion or coupon here at Promoninja, you are agreeing that this publication has one or more of the points below:

• It's a unique opportunity;
• It's at a great price;
• It has a good cost-benefit ratio;
• Do you like this promotion;

Why warm up a promotion?

Warming up a promotion is a subjective task, you may have a thousand reasons to click the button. The most common are those mentioned above. How do I change my email?

To change your email linked to Promoninja, follow these steps:

1. On the desktop, in the upper left corner, find the three horizontal bars and click. On the cell phone and in the app they are in the bottom right corner.
2. Click on settings, in the menu that opened.
3. Next, click on change email and choose the new email address that will be linked to your account.
4. You will receive a confirmation email at the chosen email address and you must click on the confirmation link to complete the email change.

I'm not receiving the confirmation email, what can I do?

If you requested a new password but did not receive a confirmation email, follow these steps:

• Check the spam or junk folder in the email account linked to your Promoninja account.
• At the moment, emails from Hotmail and Outlook providers are automatically going to junk, if this is your case, check this folder again and contact us if the email has not arrived.

If you still do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us.

I no longer have access to the email linked to Promoninja, what can I do?

If you do not receive the confirmation email because you cannot access the email linked to your account, contact us, sending your username, and we will help you change your email.

To change your password on Promoninja, follow these steps:

1. On the desktop, in the upper left corner, find the three horizontal bars and click. On the cell phone and in the app they are in the bottom right corner.
2. Click on settings, in the menu that opened.
3. Next, click on change password.
4. You will receive an email to confirm the process and you must click on the password reset link.
5. Choose a new password and that's it! Just continue browsing Promoninja.

I'm not receiving the password reset email, what can I do?

If you requested a new password but did not receive the reset email, follow these steps:

• Check the spam or junk folder in the email account linked to your Promoninja account.
• Try resetting your password again.

If you are unable to reset your password because you cannot access the email linked to your account, please contact us.

I have requested a password reset several times, but I have not yet received the email. What could have happened?

For security reasons, Promoninja only allows you to reset a new password certain times per day. If you've reached this limit, you'll need to wait a few hours before trying to reset your password again. You can also contact us to recover your account.

What is the username for?

The user name is your unique identification within Promoninja. It can be a nickname, your real name, you choose. We will communicate with you using the username you choose and other Pelandeiros and Pelandeiras will also tag you using it when they want to talk to you.

How do I change my username?

To change the user name is very simple:

1. On the desktop, in the upper left corner, find the three horizontal bars and click. On mobile and app they are in the bottom right corner.

Click on my profile, in the menu that opened;

1. On the opened page, click on the pen next to the user's name and change their name. Click Save. If the chosen name already exists on Promoninja, a message will appear in red: "The nickname already exists." and you will be asked to choose another username.

Notifications on Promoninja help you not to miss any promotions, you can be notified whenever you want.
